Jaguar F-Type going ahead

This has no doubt been an eagerly waited sports car from Jaguar. The wait is (soon to be) over.

GOD knows how many, but Jaguar have made plenty of stunning ‘F-Type’ concepts over the years. More often than not, they got a good reception from the general public. Despite that, they sadly never reached production. Until now.

Jaguar have officially confirmed that the all-new F-Type sports car will be going into production. It has to be said that this has been a long time coming.

The excitement over Jaguar’s new F-Type is hard to overstate. There has been rumours and concepts of a new sporting Jag since the likes of the E-Type and the XK150. Some were billed as possible replacements for the XJ-S, first generation XK or even an addition to Jaguar’s line-up.

But now the F-Type is finally reaching production for Jaguar – after a long wait. With the all the hype over the new Jag. It shouldn’t come to a surprise with an orderly queue for the new F-Type. When considering the success of Jaguar’s recent cars itself. It's likely the F-Type will live up to Guinness strap line, as Good things come to those wait.

The stunning new F-Type will be available as a coupe and a convertible. Full technical details of the new F-Type will be released later this year. The Germans should watch their backs.
